Another excellent entry in the Rigante series that builds upon and improves on the first. Midnight Falcon jumps ahead 20 years, and the characters from the first novel are older, wiser, and a little colder. Connovar is King, and enemies from the the first book are trusted friends and allies,
Visionarium 2 - The Descent is a trippy little VR audiovisual experience. It's not really a game, as you can play the entire thing with no interaction at all, but it is a nice little experience with some cool audio and funky visuals.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a prequel to the recently released Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. While that game is a JRPG, this one is a simple Metroidvania. While I enjoyed the game and really liked the music and visuals, the combat was a bit thin, the story an afterthought, and the sidequests...
After reading David Gemmell's Troy trilogy set in Ancient Greece, I was excited to get more into his work. The Troy series was classic heroic fantasy, full of larger-than-life characters and plots. The Rigante is no different, and Sword in the Storm was a nice start to a series.
