The Body VR: Journey Inside a Cell

April 28, 2024 - Reading time: ~1 minute - Category: game library project

The Body VR: Journey Inside a Cell is a neat introductory lesson to cells. You ride along blood vessels and visit each part of the cell while a narrator explains their functions. No interaction, but a cool educational experience. This kind of stuff is where I think VR will carve out a future - edutainment is a huge untapped market. If I had this type of stuff in school I'd have been much more interested in different subjects. I'm not sure the gaming sector will ever take off, especially as long as you have to wear a bulky headset, but I think there's definitely room in the VR/AR/mixed reality space for a ton of educational stuff.

Verdict: Finished

My biggest project is my Game Library Project. I have a ton of games collected throughout the years, and have barely played any of them. Check out the linked post to learn more about the project, and click here to be taken to the category page where you can see all my posts for the project.
