Dead Island 2

June 25, 2025 - Reading time: ~1 minute - Category: game library project

Since finishing Outriders, my brother and I have been looking for a new co-op game to play. He's not a really hardcore gamer, so isn't down to play everything, but he likes shooters and games with a lot of combat, so I figured Dead Island 2 might be up our alley.

We actually got up to the point where you can start co-op and stopped for the night, but we both like what we've played so far. The graphics look great, the combat is nice and chunky, and I like how it feels physics-based, like hitting a zombie in the leg or slicing off an arm really matters.

I think it's going to be an even better experience once co-op ramps up.

Verdict: Keep Playing
