If you're anything like me, you have a bunch of software installed on your computer - game launchers, utilities, all kinds of random stuff. And it can be a struggle to try and keep everything updated, especially nowadays where it feels like every application gets updates weekly. Years ago, I used a nice little tool called KCSoftware Sumo that identified every installed program and cheked for updates. You had to install the updates manually, at least with the free version I used, but it was a nice tool and the author abruptly took it offline. I've been looking for a replacement ever since, and stumbled across UniGetUI.
This tool is really, really nice. It identifies installed apps, and can automatically update them using Window's built in winget tool. Auto-updates will use the application's default install parameters, and there are options to do an "interactive update" instead where you can choose custom install options or locations. I like having control over the updates, so I use that method.
This isn't an ad or anything, I just like this tool. It's open-source and completely free, too. Check it out on Github - https://github.com/marticliment/UniGetUI or on the dev's website - https://www.marticliment.com/unigetui/
